Bangkok in Bangkok part 1

Just arrived at the Bangkok airport and found myself amazed at all the way people live here in Thailand.

I would just like to point out that the traffic is incredibly congested going to my hotel which I can figure only takes 2ominutes end up to be 45 minute just due to unorganized traffic rules I mean, you got motor bikes, large trucks and taxi’s just zooming in and out of traffic without any thoughts about crashing, amazingly for those that live here they are use to it.

Staying at this hotel called Dream which is located in Sukhumvit which is really nice. I must say the next time I make my trip to Thailand Bangkok, I will definitely choose dream.

As you read this you are probably thinking that I’m here on vacation but really…. I’m kind of here for work, since We are launching our Bangkok office we just thought a Launch party is a must. This event was held at Bed and Supperclub in Bangkok and is one of those upscale joints where you don’t have prostitutes running around. I’m writing this with experience since alot of clubs and bars have lots of prostitute.

I would say Thailand have the most prostitutes imaginable, Even the taxi driver is in on it cause they would suggest you to go to certain Joints to pick up on them. I kind of think they get a commision for bringing them.

Anyways Got really drunk at the lifestylebk.com party had lots of fun and met alot of interesting people there. The thing with this type of party the core reason is really to meet new contacts show them who we are targeting and Let them know that we are here to stay. So for those working Long Hours in the office and staring at the computer all day working with boring data, We have now provided them with a way to relax and not appear that they are not working in front of their boss.

At the end of the night me and my colleague felt tired already so we decided to do a little exploring, we found some cheesy places and found us some nice Ladies,( real Ladies that is) and had fun with them for the rest of the night.

Bangkok got a real good party scene and alot of the target group is perfect for those that would be interested in the writing and the content that we do. Being the first upscale online magazine in Bangkok is not easy and mostly is the expat communities that look into the site for the latest party and promotion.

called it a night around 4am and received one of the best rest in a long time. It is really lay back and slow here but if you plan a trip here. There’s alot of development going on so I see good things coming from this market.
